P-pop group SB19, indie band Ben&Ben tease song collaboration
Popular Pinoy-pop group SB19 and indie band Ben&Ben are teaming up for their first-ever song collaboration.
The upcoming project by the Billboard Music Awards finalist act SoundBreak 19 (SB19) and the top-selling band of twins Ben&Ben was confirmed by both groups in a surprise announcement via Twitter on June 18, 2021.
“New Collaboration…SB19 x Ben&Ben 2021.06.27,” SB19 announced in the post, along with the song’s teaser poster and the hashtag “SBEN19MAPA.”

The celebrated Original Pilipino Music (OPM) artists followed up the joint announcement by teasing fans with new concept photos of the much-awaited collaboration.

More details about the track have yet to be released, but fans of SB19, dubbed A’TIN, have speculated that the single may be a rendition of the Pinoy pop group’s hit, “Mapa”.
SB19 and Ben&Ben’s first song collaboration officially drops on June 27, 7:00 PM.
Both artists are leading the nominees in this year’s MYX Awards, which also include fellow Filipino singers Moira Dela Torre, Nadine Lustre, and MNL48, among others.
Ben&Ben recently collaborated with Young K of South Korean boy group Day6 for the new version of the hit song, “Leaves”.
