Filipino artist James Reid appears on Amazon Music billboard in Times Square
Filipino actor-singer James Reid has been featured on an advertising billboard in New York’s famed Times Square for music streaming platform Amazon Music.
Reid shared a photo of his digital billboard up in New York City, U.S.A. via Instagram on May 15, 2021.
“We up in NYC again,” James Reid wrote, tagging record labels Transparent Arts, Careless Music, and Amazon Music in the caption of the post.
James Reid appears on the Times Square billboard to promote his new song “Crazy,” which is part of Amazon Music’s Mixtape Asia playlist.
The newly-launched upbeat track, available exclusively on Amazon Music, is the first single featured on the playlist with international hits by singers H.E.R., Bruno Mars, and BTS, among others.
Singer-songwriter James Reid earlier made it to a Universal Studios digital billboard for his song with Filipino-Canadian group Manila Grey, “Backhouse Ballin”.
Filipino celebrities who have graced billboards in the iconic Times Square include fellow actress-singer Nadine Lustre and fashion icon Heart Evangelista.
