With trick-or-treating and in-person gatherings still discouraged due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, local tour company WanderManila is offering “One Night in Manila,” an immersive online experience exploring the hidden “dark side” of iconic places and structures in Manila.

“Manila’s history has its share of violence and blood, of strife and death, and these acts echo well into the present, manifesting in various ways,” the group’s description about the tour reads.

The “One Night in Manila” tour will feature the most popular spots in the Philippine capital examined through the lens of their tumultuous past, shaped by rebellions, invasions, war, and more.

Aside from ghost stories and hauntings, viewers can also expect to learn facts and trivia about Philippine history throughout the online event.

“One Night in Manila” will be live-streamed on October 30, 2021, at 9 p.m. (PST) through WanderManila’s Facebook Page. No registration is required.

WanderManila previously offered a Halloween night tour inside the famous Walled City of Intramuros in Manila.
